Managing Your Teams
For: Coaches, Team Admins, Mentors
You can manage multiple teams at the same time in Lumieos.
The Team Management page is organized into tabs:
- View Your Teams — the teams you coach or are a member of.
- Add New Team — create a new team or accept a coach invitation.
- View All Teams — browse every team in your region’s public directory.
Selecting a Team
The team selection page lists all your current and past teams. Each team shows:
- Team number
- Program (FLLE, FLLC, FTC)
- Season
- Status information
If a team is Active, they have registered for the current season. Click the blue arrow to open the team management interface.
Tip: You can right-click the arrow (or press and hold on mobile) to open a team in a new tab. This lets you manage multiple teams simultaneously from different browser tabs.
Viewing Past Teams
Click Show All Teams to display previous-season teams that have not returned for the current season.
Browsing All Teams in Your Region
The View All Teams tab shows every team in your region’s public directory — the same listing available from the public site. You can search by team number, name, city, or organization, and filter by program. This is handy for finding other teams in your area without having to log out.
